Job Summary

A banking institution has a current position open for a Remote Senior Legal Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Structure, draft, negotiate and oversee a broad range of commercial transactions
  • Manage commercial transaction process from credit approval through to funding
  • Draft finance, equipment lease, secured loan and other transaction documents

Required Skills:

  • Juris doctorate degree required from accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state
  • Member in good standing of the American Bar Association
  • Typically, 7+ years of experience practicing law
  • Experience with commercial transactions
