Job Summary

A consumer financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Lending Products Director in Malvern.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing ambitious yet achievable strategic and annual operating plans
• Defining product strategy and customer journey for each of product area
• Coordinating omni-channel marketing strategies to target and retain customers across products

Required Skills:

• At least 7-10 years of business experience encompassing:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar field required
• Working knowledge of consumer lending product P&Ls
• Consumer financial services including acquisition and servicing with significant exposure to the digital channel
• Developing and refining UI/UX strategies
• Developing and delivering product roadmaps and customer journey strategies
