Job Summary

A financial service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing loan approvals and address all conditions required for underwriting and closing
  • Scheduling and tracking of closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations
  • Working closely with our Loan Officers to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have 5+ years of processing experience
  • A commitment to integrity and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector
