Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working closely with clients and loan officers to ensure a simplified mortgage process, on time closing
• Managing 15 to 20 escrows daily and tracking closing dates, locks, and contingencies dates
• Reviewing new loan submissions from Loan Officer and submission team and submitting to UW within 5 business days

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to work the following scehedule: Monday-Friday from 10am to 7pm
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a mortgage processor
• Demonstrated strong knowledge and understanding of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA guidelines and procedures
• Possess Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Prospector (LP), FHA Total Scorecard, Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS) and Encompass
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and willingness to work cooperatively with others
• Ability to be an effective team player whose primary focus is to service customers, internally and externally
