Job Summary

A home loan and mortgage provider is seeking a Remote Senior Loan Processor in Las Vegas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs
  • Coordinating loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents
  • Accurately calculating income for all types of borrowers

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience processing mortgage loans
  • Current experience processing purchase or refinance loans
  • Understanding of all compliance regulations and investor guidelines
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs
