Job Summary

A computer software company specializing in call center solutions is filling a position for a Remote Senior Marketing Business Systems IT Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze current state needs and challenges
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities and develop a backlog of user requirements
• Propose business and system architectures, initiate proof of concept effort for specific capabilities and work with IT development team

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or similar technical area
• 8+ years of experience as business IT analyst
• 2+ years specifically relating to Marketing processes and capabilities
• Experience with agile development cycle, running multiple sprints and leading team to test & deliver business initiatives
• Strong expertise in business process management, technology architecture point-of-views, tool evaluation, roadmap definition & business partnership
• Must have experience with Salesforce, integrating marketing tools such as Eloqua with Salesforce
