Job Summary
A direct to customer mattress company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Marketing Customer Relationship Manager.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels
- Own the brand content calendar and creative production process
- Leverage testing, segmentation, classification, and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement and nurture leads
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of CRM & Email marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC goods
- Ability to develop a strong working knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Looker
- Ability to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency
- Experience in a fast paced, start-up environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed
