Job Summary
A financial services company specializing in payment security has an open position for a Remote Senior Merchant Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop and lead the overall credit, risk, underwriting and boarding strategy
- Hire, develop and lead a highly skilled team of CRU and Boarding professionals
- Establish and maintain strong work relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in business, Finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Merchant Operations, specifically leading CRU and Operations within the payments industry (a must)
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team of credit risk professionals with specific acquiring experience
- High energy and enthusiasm with a proactive approach to process improvements and team excellence and performance
- Strong financial analysis skills and previous experience leading and directly managing complex credit scenarios
