Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney Editor.

Must be able to:

• Research, write, edit and review documents to provide practical guidance to accomplish specific legal tasks
• Present topics specifically in M&A

Qualifications Include:

• Law Degree
• An active license to practice law (in any state)
• At least six years’ experience as a licensed attorney representing public companies in securities and M&A transactions
• Strong writing and editing skills
• A good understanding of the needs and priorities of attorneys
• All other requirements necessary for this position
