Job Summary

A customer-focused provider of mortgage services is seeking a Remote Senior Mortgage Closer.

Must be able to:

  • Prepare & submit loan closing packages, ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations, insurance & guarantee functions
  • Ensure appropriate liquidity is available to complete the loan transactions

Qualifications Include:

  • Title/settlement or Mortgage experience with refinance and purchase transactions required
  • CEMA experience required
  • Closing Disclosure/TRID experience preferred
  • Escrow experience preferred
  • Microsoft office and SoftPro experience a plus
