Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Senior Mortgage Compliance Analyst in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Strengthen first line of defense within the Mortgage department-Business Units
  • Review and re-underwrite a representative sample of credit decisions
  • Review and re-underwrite a representative sample of credit decisions made as exceptions to approved standards

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years experience in mortgage or audit related field
  • Some college completed or associates degree
  • Experience conducting mortgage regulatory compliance testing/reviews
  • Experience conducting mortgage regulatory compliance risk assessments, scrubbing and analyzing data
  • Basic understanding of secondary market requirements and policies
