A full-service mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Mortgage Underwriter in Gainesville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and evaluating all aspects of borrower’s credit
- Underwriting mortgage loans and processing customer information
- Underwriting FHA, state housing and specialty programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience as a mortgage underwriter for all loan types
- Knowledge of and ability to analyze credit reports, income documentation, assets, and related
- DE (Direct Endorsement Certified)
- Encompass LOS experience
