Job Summary

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Network Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing incoming advanced support tasks as needed
  • Consulting on proposed solutions for existing customers and service changes
  • Working with Network engineering to provide feedback on network performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in a customer-facing service role
  • Experience with basic networking concepts from host level to WAN
  • Familiarity with basics of BGP and MPLS
  • Ability to understand basic packet flow from customer to Internet
  • Knowledge of transport and optical technologies
  • Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline and 4-6 years technical experience
