Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer has an open position for a Remote Senior Online Retail Internal Communications Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and maintain self-service resources (e.g. centralized wiki) for a one-stop shop of news and information
- Build toolkits, templates, and processes to promote self-service and communication best practices across the organization
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external speaking events for AGB leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- 7+ years’ executive or internal communications experience, preferably at a high-growth, technology company
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience developing and implementing communication plans
