Job Summary

A cloud services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant in Houston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as the functional/technical lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
  • Providing support for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product demo for services sales team
  • Providing support for services offerings for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation
  • 2+ year of experience in at least 3 of these areas: OracleHCM -- Global (Core) HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Payroll
  • 2+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional / Technical Lead experience
