An IT infrastructure and information management company is in need of a Remote Senior Partner Sales Enablement Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and building the Partner Sales Enablement strategy
  • Developing, evolving and steering enablement materials
  • Building relationships with the Sales leadership

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7-9 years IT industry experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to lead the development of a full training cycle
  • Must be able to use consultative approach and persuasive communication
