Job Summary
An IT software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior People and Culture Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Work on identifying and then improving employee satisfaction metrics
- Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across the organization
- Deliver on goals and drive projects to completion, setting quarterly goals and managing the progress
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to assess and advise on performance
- Ability to plan against goals, and execute against that plan
- Experience as a business partner to a team of executives with diverse viewpoints and objectives
- Ability to receive unfiltered feedback from employees and parse out constructive, actionable feedback
- Proven track record of delivering on expectations
- Strong situational and organizational awareness and ability to develop genuine and strategic relationships within the organization
