A website management company is seeking a Remote Senior People Business Partner in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Actively diagnose issues, dive deep to understand the root cause and contributing factors and develop recommendations
• Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on workforce planning
• Deliver people-related programs and solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Strong aptitude for building relationships and influence with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work well across different functions
• 7+ years experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager
• A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices
• Capable of applying discretion and sound judgment while managing complex processes
