Job Summary

An e-commerce fragrance retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior People Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational functions
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies

Required Skills:

• 5 years Human Resource Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Employee Relations or related field of study
• Expertise in multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of personalities, across multiple time zones
• Experience developing strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
