Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Performance Management Employee Relations Partner.

Must be able to:

  • Provide project management over ongoing proactive performance management initiatives
  • Partner with HRBPs to deliver performance management training on an ongoing basis
  • Lend ER expertise to HRBPs and business leadership on organizational changes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience as a performance management partner
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Solid understanding of labor and employment laws
  • Experience building and scaling performance management processes
  • Knowledge of principles and best practices of behavior, motivation, and performance in the workplace
