Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Performance Management Employee Relations Partner.

Must be able to:

Provide project management over ongoing proactive performance management initiatives
Partner with HRBPs to deliver performance management training on an ongoing basis
Lend ER expertise to HRBPs and business leadership on organizational changes

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience as a performance management partner
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Solid understanding of labor and employment laws
Experience building and scaling performance management processes
Knowledge of principles and best practices of behavior, motivation, and performance in the workplace
