Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Performance Management Employee Relations Partner.
Must be able to:
- Provide project management over ongoing proactive performance management initiatives
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver performance management training on an ongoing basis
- Lend ER expertise to HRBPs and business leadership on organizational changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience as a performance management partner
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Solid understanding of labor and employment laws
- Experience building and scaling performance management processes
- Knowledge of principles and best practices of behavior, motivation, and performance in the workplace
