Job Summary

A finance and human resources transformation consultancy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Principal Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Identify dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a project
• Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other consultants within their projects

Qualifications Include:

• 4 years Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, preferred
• 4+ years of Workday functional implementation experience, required
• 5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience, required
• 5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software, required
• Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
