Job Summary
A customer experience technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Principal Project Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Optimize operating models and overall organizational design to achieve a great human experience
- Enhance HR processes throughout the employee life cycle
- Advance the use of technology from pre-hire to retire
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large, complex HC projects
- 8+ years of leading change in a virtual, global environment
- Ability to apply suitable project management methodologies depending on the nature of the project
- Mature relationship management skills, with an ability to quickly build rapport and trust of executive leadership
- Proven ability to frame and structure problems, projects, budgets and initiatives
