Job Summary

An aerospace and defense technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with client-facing recruiters
• Cultivating relationships with key candidates
• Turning applicants from passive to active

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 25%
• High school diploma or GED and 19 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience OR
• Master’s degree and 13 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
• 3 years experience performing X-ray and Boolean type searches to identify passive candidates
• 3 years of experience in a lead role
