Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Product Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing legal analysis and advice for product development of Rooms and Whiteboard
  • Providing legal support including structuring, drafting, and negotiation of contracts
  • Providing legal analysis and support for business development team

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in the US
  • 3 years working in-house at a company or organization
  • Experience structuring and drafting strategic contracts, including intellectual property licensing
  • Communicate and work with cross-functional teams across the company
  • Can identify and analyze key legal issues and risk in the product development process
  • Can develop pragmatic solutions and risk mitigation to support product development
