Job Summary

A travel insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Product Design Lead .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Help to recruit and grow a team of outstanding UX professionals by providing vision, coaching, and mentorship
• Identify, plan and lead design discovery activities that are critical to a design team’s success
• Lead the A/B, Multivariate, Split, & Funnel testing efforts, distilling key insights and trends into actionable direction

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, psychology, human factors, social sciences or related field
• Or 5 years of User Experience work experience required
• 8+ years’ experience advocating for user design at an organizational level
• Outstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills
