Location: Your manager works remotely, and you'll also be able to work remotely. This job will require EST as core business hours.

Job Purpose and Overview

Appfire is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to lead product management for a group of products within our expanding portfolio of apps. Your mission will be to translate customer needs into solutions in the Atlassian Marketplace that delight customers and sell themselves. Your ongoing success will be demonstrated by the accelerated growth of revenue and customer engagement for your products.

What You'll Accomplish:
Overall product management responsibility for a group of Appfire apps
Be the subject matter expert in your domain and provide vision and leadership to technology efforts
With the leadership team, develop and deliver a clear strategy that establishes a winning position in the marketplace
Conduct regular market and competitive analysis using a structured approach
Conduct regular customer interviews to understand customer needs
Define and deliver a differentiated product roadmap
Create and prioritize key development inputs such as use cases, user stories and requirements for the development team
Establish and track goals and KPIs, including a mix of financial and customer metrics
Partner with key stakeholders including leadership, engineering, marketing, and support to ensure successful delivery of your products
Define product requirements, establish milestones, and manage quality assurance and documentation activities
Maintain an active product backlog, including writing functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documents necessary for the successful delivery the product
Ability to lead through influence
Ability to foster a collaborative, cohesive team culture in a remote environment
Analytical and a data-driven decision-maker

About You:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, focus on Product Management or relevant subject area
MBA Preferred
Minimum: 5+ years of product management experience in developing products geared towards development teams
Minimum: 3+ years experience using product analytics tools to drive product development
Minimum: 2+ years experience managing a SaaS, recurring revenue product
Minimum: 2 + years translating Voice of Customer (VoC) to product requirements (i.e. user interviews etc.)
Preferred: 2+ years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to deliver products / services
Preferred: Product Management Certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group)
