A diversity recruiting platform is seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Becoming an expert in the company's product and the customer needs it solves
- Formalizing processes across product strategy and execution, and iterate at-scale
- Owning and driving the metrics across different surfaces within the consumer product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in a product management role
- Be a natural builder who loves taking ideas from 0 to 1
- Have prior experience focusing on either activation, engagement or retention of the end user
- Possess familiarity with the product development lifecycle
- Have a high level of independence and an ability to introduce structure where there exists ambiguity in an evolving product
- Have a talent for product research and a passion for identifying closely with the end user
