Job Summary
A privately-held cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Product Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting issues discovered during support interactions
- Creating custom builds from source branches or custom scripts
- Performing code reviews, give feedback, and ask questions
Position Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, Java, HTML and JavaScript
- Ability to interact with customers, de-escalate conflict as needed, and properly manage the relationship and expectations
- Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of scrum
- Advanced Windows troubleshooting
