Job Summary

A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Professional Services Sales Analyst in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing, advising on and approving the scope and cost of company Professional Services
• Ensuring a smooth transition from the sales cycle to the implementation phase
• Supporting Team Engagement and Growth

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with 2 years focused on technology sales, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated experience with selling SaaS products in the SMB/Mid-market segment
• Demonstrated experience with the sales cycle in one or more of the following areas
• Record of consistently meeting objectives and exceeding targets at top-performing companies
• Demonstrated interest in technology, including comfort with technical concepts
• Bachelor’s degree
