Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Senior Program Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participating in candidate recruitment events
  • Confirming employer selection and distribute apprentice offer letters
  • Updating employer data in Salesforce and management systems

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college is preferred and can be replaced by equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of administrative, case management or program support experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in a business environment
  • Exercises initiative and independent judgment in performing duties; applies judgment to resolving problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new applications and tools
