Job Summary
An American managed health care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Project Manager .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic project plans with associated milestones for each assigned initiative to assemble the essential elements of the companies Medicaid Operating Model
- Engage as a collaborative facilitator and team builder with a cross-section of internal and external subject matter experts to identify, assemble and analyze for gaps
- Lead and coach business consultants to construct, modify or coach SME corrections to required policies, business operation process maps, and desktops
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience with business process development and improvement in an operational management or business process consulting environment
- 5-7 years of successful project management experience with increasingly more complex projects across a highly-matrixed organization
- Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP
