Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Remote Senior Python Microsoft Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining highly scalable Python processes
- Building Solutions faster and with higher quality via a new SDK
- Writing and maintaining unit tests and other automated tests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS in CS or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent where you learn basic software engineering concepts
- 5+ years experience in Software Engineering or a related field doing work for the Windows operating system
- Know Microsoft server applications such as Exchange, Hyper-V, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, etc.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, an intermediate level of proficiency with Python
- 2+ years using MySQL/NoSQL and have the ability to evaluate and write efficient queries
- 2+ years using Linux with the ability to navigate, write scripts and work with packages
