Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior QA Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising, evaluating and approving the work assignment of the QA team
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the overall QA Strategy for Professional Services implementations
- Providing mentoring and coaching to the QA team on a regular basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of QA management experience with large scale, complex business software systems
- Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle or Agile Project Management processes and principles
- Ability to quickly build credibility and confidence cross-functionally and with senior management
- Experience managing a team of direct reports or contractors
- Experience testing new products and/or programs that went through the entire launch
