Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Real Estate Software Account Executive in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning the Northern California territory for our residential business
  • Stepping into a large, established book of business and be expected to grow it through new logo acquisition
  • Stepping into a large, established book of business and be expected to grow it through the growth of existing account

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of sales experience within the Multi-Family vertical
  • Ability to manage an inbound lead pipeline and outbound lead gen
  • Ability to interface with asset managers, CFOs, directors of leasing, regional property managers
  • Ability to make a business case for using a financing product
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to close deals
  • Experience with HubSpot or other sequencing/drip campaign tools
