Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Real Estate Software Account Executive in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the Northern California territory for our residential business
- Stepping into a large, established book of business and be expected to grow it through new logo acquisition
- Stepping into a large, established book of business and be expected to grow it through the growth of existing account
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-10 years of sales experience within the Multi-Family vertical
- Ability to manage an inbound lead pipeline and outbound lead gen
- Ability to interface with asset managers, CFOs, directors of leasing, regional property managers
- Ability to make a business case for using a financing product
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to close deals
- Experience with HubSpot or other sequencing/drip campaign tools
