A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Recovery Resolutions Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing claims expertise support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating and resolving all types of claims
- Analyzing, identifying trends and providing reports as necessary
- Ensuring adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of claims or collections experience within a healthcare setting
- 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
