Job Summary

A provider of an online hotel booking marketplace has an open position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Focus mostly on senior and leadership roles
• Train and mentor more junior team members and oversee the process for other roles
• Optimize the processes for efficiency, quality of hires and an optimal experience for candidates and the hiring team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Solid experience recruiting leadership, digital, product and marketing roles in technology-driven businesses
• Experience working in an international environment
• Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment trends and tools
• Ability to quickly gain trust from both hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to do what it takes to hire the right candidate and make sure internal and external roadblocks are removed along the way
• Ability to focus on quality while keeping the right balance with the speed of hiring
