A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, planning and executing employer branding strategy
- Planning, developing and implementing an effective and scalable talent acquisition strategy
- Partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across HQ and Operations populations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience managing an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience
- Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to get creative with building talent pipelines
