A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Recruiting Sourcer in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in planning and executing recruiting events
- Providing sourcing support for the company's highest priority requisitions
- Partnering with the company's director of talent
Position Requirements Include:
- Having 2+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing, with experience sourcing Engineers and/or Product Managers
- Having a love for sourcing, and utilize best practices for research, outreach, pipeline management, and tracking
- Being accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment
- Having exceptional relationship-management and customer service skills, and being a master in the fine art of collaboration
- Having good instincts and being able to sense when you’ve found the right person for the right team
