Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Senior Regional Organizer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting and developing volunteers and regional organizers
- Developing stronger statewide coordination among groups and activists
- Creating strong, trusted relationships with NCN group leaders and activists
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 20% travel
- Strong understanding and analysis of power, and at least 2-3 years/cycles of demonstrated experience
- Comfort operating in complex and fluid environments
- Experience developing and implementing field plans
- Can build trust, confidence, and followership of diverse range of staff
- Ability to train activists in skill development, power-building, and strategic planning
