Job Summary

A medical equipment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Reporting Accountant Portland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing stock transfer letters and external brokerage transfer letters
• Working on reconciliation of equity accounts
• Preparing disclosure reports quarterly and annually for SEC reporting of equity plans in 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-3 years' experience in Stock Administration, required
• 6+ years' experience in Accounting
• Must possess a solid working knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced knowledge/proficiency in p reparing disclosure reports quarterly and annually for SEC reporting of equity plans
• Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial accounting software and MRP/ERP Systems, required
• Ability to analyze and interpret company financial data & reporting
