Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Resource Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing an understanding of the business, strategy and needs
- Developing an in-depth understanding of professional services roles, responsibilities and workload
- Ensuring ongoing professional and career development of team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of related experience within a Professional Services or Consulting organization
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with a resource scheduling/management tool
- Strong data gathering, analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify and be responsive to changing priorities within the business
- Ability to identify conflicts in a timely manner and suggest potential alternatives
