Job Summary

A company that offers an employer-facing mental health solution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Revenue Operations Analyst in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Finance and People teams to ensure accuracy in all sales-related commissions and compensations
  • Partner with the Customer Success & implementation team & own post-sales & bottom-of-funnel strategic insights & analysis
  • Conceptualize methodology & execution for recognizing, analyzing & reporting of renewal & upsell opportunities, renewal rates, etc

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in an operations and/or analytics role (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, RevOps, Business Analyst)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM required (basic understanding of reporting, automations, data architecture)
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets(required Basic data analysis / formulas (VLookup, Avg/Sum/Count(If), Pivot Tables)
