Job Summary

A not-for-profit health insurer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Reward Program Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Review and prepare eligible member files to be processed and ordered on the Reward Card Vendor site
  • Receive, sort, and enter reward form requests received by mail, fax, Member Portal and e-mail
  • Assist members with reward related issues / complaints / inquiries received via Pega, phone, or e-mail

Required Skills:

  • Some college education/ associate degree
  • At least 2 years work experience in health care/managed care environment
  • Familiarity with some medical terminology
  • Experience in communicating with various teams/departments
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
