Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Risk Adjustment Administration Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the various risk adjustment levers, drivers, programs and strategies
- Maintaining or designing MRA IPA strategies/work plans for each assigned IPA
- Communicating with other operational areas in the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives
- Exercises independent judgment; recommendations to management are given considerable weight
- Applies extensive in-depth or broad knowledge in the performance of a variety of difficult assignments
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations
- Follows established guidelines/procedures, especially with respect to MRA compliance
- CPC or equivalent certification preferred; risk adjustment background
