A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Risk Adjustment Coding Educator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing new hire training manual including regular updates and printing
- Delivering New Hire Day 1-5 class via WebEx
- Collaborating and facilitate preceptor assignment with team manager
Qualifications for this position include:
- 25% Travel to Eden Prairie, MN
- 5 years coding experience in assignment of ICD code systems
- 2 years’ experience with Medicare Advantage
- 2 years’ experience developing and delivering coding education/training
- Ability to manage a significant work-load and to work efficiently under pressure
- Communicates in a clear and understandable manner
