Job Summary
A privately-held engineering and electronics company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Robotics Engineer in Sunnyvale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing, implementing and evaluating next-generation algorithms
- Delivering reliable software through code reviews, continuous integration and automated testing
- Analyzing performance based on simulation and real-world testing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong Expertise in localization & mapping (SLAM)
- Strong background in writing algorithms in C++ efficiently and correctly in a production environment (code reviews, unit tests, ...).
- Strong background in probabilistic robotics
- Knowledge of Linux, and development on Linux systems
- Proven system integration and software architecture skills
