Job Summary

A software and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior SaaS Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption
  • Identify and validate customer desired outcome

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizations
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and proactive mindset
