Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior SaaS Software Product Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading user research to identify the problems we want to solve and create solutions for them
- Delivering meaningful, actionable insights to the team based on a rich understanding of our users
- Developing personas, journey maps and other visualization methods
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack web product design and user research
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX best practices, design principles, and current web and mobile standards
- Excellent ability to write effective product micro-copy in US English
- Ability to deliver impactful solutions that solve customer problems and move business metrics
- Strategic product thinking and vision
- The ability to work independently but enjoy collaborating remotely with agile product teams in a start-up environment
