Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Senior SaaS Software Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling customer support tickets and questions
  • Being a customer evangelist; listen to their problems
  • Learning and knowing our product inside out, building your knowledge base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
  • Ideally a former programmer, DevOps or IT engineer
  • Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
  • Understanding of architecture, migrations, and management of hybrid / private cloud platforms
  • Some administrative experience of Windows
