Job Summary
A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales and Operations Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creatively sourcing candidates utilizing resources like LinkedIn and Indeed, through referrals & social intermediaries
- Managing the entire recruiting life cycle; initial phone screen, interviews, assessment testing, offer negotiations & communication
- Becoming an expert in recruiting top sales talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A creative mindset as it relates to sourcing talent: advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches, X-ray searches, AI sourcing tools
- Senior Recruiters must have experience with some form of Talent Mapping industries and skill sets
- 7+ years of experience Recruiting high-end Outside Sales talent
- An out-of-the-box outreach strategy to engage with passive candidates
- Expert use and manipulation of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever or Greenhouse
